Chuze Fitness is hosting workout classes today to honor the 343 New York City firefighters who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. This group first responders ran into the World Trade Center climbing 110 stories to save as many lives as possible.
In today’s class at Chuze Fitness participants will repeat climbs of 110 vertical feet on the treadmill as well as 110 step ups in remembrance of the heroes that served 23 years ago.
This morning Chuze hosted the workout classes at 6 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. One more will be held tonight at 5:15 p.m. To sign up for the class download the Chuze app to get a membership, or become a seven day guest and honor those that gave their lives on September 11, 2001.
