Larsson and former Arizona teammate Keshad Johnson will play for the NBA Summer League championship tomorrow evening as the Miami Heat take on the Memphis Grizzlies.
Larsson scored 21 points Sunday in the Heat’s 102-99 win over the Golden State Warriors in the Summer League semifinals. Larsson went 6-13 from the field and made 7 of 7 free throws in 30 minutes. He also had six assists, four steals and four rebounds.
Larsson, the 44th overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, is averaging 11.8 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3.6 assists for the Heat in five Summer League games.
Johnson, who signed with the Heat as an undrafted free agent, missed the Heat’s last two games with a sprained ankle. It’s unclear whether he’ll play Monday. Johnson is averaging 10 points and 4.7 rebounds in three Sumer League games.
The Heat will take on the Grizzlies at 5 p.m. PT on ESPN. Miami enters the matchup 5-0 in Summer League.
