LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Saint Joseph’s women’s golf team continued play at the Bucknell Invitational on Saturday as the Hawks posted a score of 401 in the second round of the three-day event.
How It Happened
• As a team, the Hawks have posted a two-round score of 383-401/784 and are in 13th place.
• Individually, Hanna Mitchell shot a team-best 85 on Saturday and is currently in 69th place at 91-85/176.
• Rookie Elora Walker is in 74th place with a two-round score of 93-98/191.
• Junior Allie Gesztesi is in 75th place at 96-104/200.
• Freshman Ava Tornello moved up in the standings and is in 76th place with a score of 103-114/217.
• Sophomore Olivia Cooper also jumped a spot in the standings and is in 77th place at 110-115/225.
• Penn enters Sunday’s final round in first place by 22 strokes at 295-285/580.
• The Quakers’ Debby Yang leads all individual golfers by two strokes after carding a two-round score of 72-71/143.
• The Bucknell Invitational is being held at the par-70 Bucknell Golf Club (5,901 yards).
