PARKERSBURG — The following cases were heard in Wood County Magistrate Court on Sept. 13:
* Charese Marie Rhodes, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Portage County, Ohio on a charge of failure to appear for a hearing on a charge of possession of drugs. She is being held without bond, pending a hearing in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Bryan David Roupe, 740 Clark Road, Coolville, was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct and released on $500 bond.
* Amanda L. Phillips, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County on a charge of breach recognizance. She is being held without bond, pending a hearing in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Kasey Renee Heatherly, 5933 Alton Road, French Creek, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and trespassing and released on $1,000 bond.
* Justin Charles Bigley, 1206 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no brakes, no red reflector and riding on the wrong side of the road relating to bicycles.
* Richard Alan Vann, 1382 Friendly Hill Road, Friendly, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $500 bond.
* Roxianne Marie Drennen, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and trespassing (capias) and released on $3,500 bond.
* Jessica Nichole Vannoy, 25 Anns Court, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of no operator’s license, no insurance, failure to obey traffic control device and accidents involving damage to a vehicle and was released on $3,000 bond.
* Kaylan Renea Wallace, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice from Washington County on a charge of failure to appear on a previous case involving drug and weapon possession. She is being held without bond, pending a hearing in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Vernon Edward Sprouse Jr., 914 Laverne St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty on a charge of driving on a suspended license and fined $286.48. Charges of having no proof of insurance and another charge of driving on a suspended license were dismissed.
* William Russell Wallace, 891 Big Run Road, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, fined $176.48 and was sentenced to five days in jail, which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation. A charge of driving under the influence with a BAC of .15 was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Kyle Matthew Williams, 707 44th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to child neglect, fined $186.48 and was sentenced to six months in jail, which was suspended and he was sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation. Another two counts of child neglect were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Charges of domestic assault and unlawful restraint were dismissed without prejudice against Jonathan Michael Loncala, Parkersburg.
* A charge of domestic battery was dismissed without prejudice against Brayden Scott Brewster, Parkersburg.
* A charge of receiving/transferring stolen goods was dismissed against Christopher Trent Saunders, 1708 Andrew St., Parkersburg.
* Norma Jean Collins, 70 Mitchells Court, Washington, 70 Mitchells Count, Washington, pleaded guilty to no seatbelts and was fined $25. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed.
* Hannah Nicole Weaver, 434, Nicolette Rd., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speed limitations and fined $181.48. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed.
* A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed against Charles Gabriel Rahi, 5 Ravine Ave., Wheeling. The license is now valid.
* Gerald Leroy Jones, 101 Walnut Court, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to unauthorized acts with regard to wildlife without a license or permit and fined $196.48.
* A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed against Hunter Gage Ruble, 213 Wadesville Road, Washington. The license is now valid.
* William Bryan Lorentz, 153 Anderson Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to no seatbelt and fined $25. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed.
* Shawntel Spring Eagle, 902 Leonard Ave., Belpre, pleaded guilty to speeding, a traffic control legend violation and was fined $372.96.
* William Brad Litchfield, 148 Pine Drive, Point Pleasant, pleaded no contest to a red light violation and fined $186.48.
* A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed against Damon Lynn Butler, 608 West Virginia Ave. Apt. 3, Parkersburg, as proof was presented that the license is valid.
* Daniel Lee Meredith, 1832 White Oak Road, Pullman, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Bernard Michael McPherson, 1920 7th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no seatbelt and fined $25.
* A charge of improper registration and improper registration mounting was dismissed against Robert Maxwell Lipscomb, 16726 Maple Ave., Caldwell, as the state no longer wishes to pursue after the issue with the registration was fixed.
* Timothy Lee Hendershot, 2586 Laurel Creek Rd., Waverly, pleaded guilty to improper approach to emergency vehicles and fined $196.48.
* Charges of operating a vehicle without registration and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate were dismissed against Stephanie Michelle Mercer, 2711 25th St., Parkersburg, after proof was provided to the court.
* Jacob Sterling Ross, 1707 Princeton St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to unauthorized acts with wildlife without license or permit and fined $196.48.
* Jordan L. Doak, 512 23rd St. Apt. A, Vienna, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $196.48.
* Charges of operating a vehicle without proof of registration and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate were dismissed against Rachel Lea Moon, 509 Buckeye St., Parkersburg, after proof was presented to the court.
* Juanita Nichole Fletcher, 809 Franklina Ave., Belpre, pleaded no contest to shoplifting and fined $186.48. She was ordered to pay a $203.78 civil penalty to Walmart in Parkersburg.
