The golf competition begins Thursday at the 2024 Olympics with the first round of men’s individual stroke play at Le Golf National in Paris.

The action is scheduled to start at 3 a.m. ET (9 a.m. in Paris) with live TV coverage on Golf Channel and streaming on demand.

With four entries in the men’s golf field, the United States has at least double the number of golfers of any other individual nation. Team USA will be represented by Wyndham Clark, Collin Morikawa, defending gold medalist Xander Schauffele and Scottie Scheffler. Schauffele also arrives in Paris with momentum coming off a huge win at the 2024 Open Championship.

That win vaulted Schauffele to No. 2 in the most recent world rankings, behind only No. 1 Scheffler and just ahead of No. 5 Clark and No. 6 Morikawa. If they all play to their world rankings, Team USA could have a shot to have multiple Olympic medalists.
