NBA Announces Christmas Day 2024 Schedule
The NBA has determined the teams participating in the Christmas Day schedule for the 2024-2025 season. Shams Charania of The Athletic posted the roster on X. Five matchups were announced:
The Timberwolves vs. Mavericks game will reprise the Western Conference Finals from the 2024 NBA Playoffs.
Health allowing, the slate of games will include 7 of the top 9 vote-getters for NBA MVP from the 2023-24 season, including winner Nikola Jokic, plus the reigning Rookie of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, Most Improved Player, Sixth Man of the Year, and Clutch Player of the Year. 10 of 15 All-NBA players from 2024 will also participate.
