Chants Golf Receives GCAA Outstanding Team Academic Honor – Coastal Carolina University Athletics
NORMAN, Okla. – The Coastal Carolina University men’s golf team has earned the 2023-24 Men’s Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) Outstanding Team Academic Honor. It’s the 10th time the program has received the honor.
The Chanticleers finished the 2023-24 season with a 3.345 GPA and were one of 72 NCAA Division I teams that finished the season with a combined grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
There were a total of 240 schools across six divisions that earned the GCAA Outstanding Team Academic Award distinction.
